It all began with kids. Mike found his true path when he began a career with children in an after-school facility. He realized then that he needed to become a teacher. It was during his early years as a teacher that he was branded “Mr. B”. When Mike’s daughter received a magic kit as a birthday gift, he was bitten by the magic bug and hasn’t looked back since. Magic Mr. B went to work studying the unique art of magic with a strong passion. The best way to do this was to join the local magic group known as the Society of American Magicians. In addition to joining this group of talented magicians, Mike spent many years perfecting his art through research and practice. After winning the Close-Up Magician of the Year contest Mike knew he was ready for the world. He began working at Nimbus Bistro in Tucson and quickly branched out to other restaurants including Trident Grill, Magpies’ Pizza, and Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse.
